Vs880 lg g vista fatory reset protec no solutions found anywhere

I so got this thing off a whole saler i deal with for my shop but go nd behold frp locked. Ive tried many of the methods shown to try to unlock this no go anywhere
Ive checked the meid with verizon and global searches and its clean and ready to activate. Verizon even told me that the contract had been fulfilled. Wow.
So any one got any ideas. I dont hve the ascessibility menu. I tried the wifi cutoff trick. Phone either is or dosnt support otg.
