Service provider device detection

I have a provider which provide unlimited data plan which offer almost 30% discount for relatively small list of device. This detection happen every billing period. If you using other device more than 7 days in a month you will not getting the discount.

My question is, can I change something in oneplus 3 so it's identified itself as oneplus X? since X is in the list.
