best firmware and difference?

Hi guys, this is my second Samsung device in my life, and i have never rooted or im familiar in depth with the firmwares and what is the difference from 1 to another.

So currently im on this one,

Can i use this firmware, and if yes, will the language - software be somehow optimized for Switzerland networks or something? can i flash it without root? what is the process? any benefits of this firmware compared to mine - current G935FXXS1APG2 - should i flash - G935FXXU1BPH6? thanks!
