necesito ayuda mi moto x play se quedo en start up failed

quise rotear mi moto x play pero al hacerlo mi cell se apago y se fue a modo recovery y me salio un mensaje que dice start up failed
si alguien sabe como arreglar ese problema porfavor ayudeme
