[Ask]S3 I9300 can not connect to WIFI network after upgrade to Kitkat (From ICS)

Hi, i have an Galaxy S3 (GTS-I9300) Korean version with built in 4.0.4 ICS Operating System.
I upgraded my S3 to Kitkat version using ROM Manager and guides those links:

Unfortunately, my S3 can not connect to WIFI networks (I'm using TP Link MR3020) after upgrade.
I have tried to input manual proxy (source : http://ift.tt/1Rpft4T but idk how to filder url with my TP Link MR3020) and soft reset my phone but nothing works
Can anyone help me please?
