Issue: Downloading TWRP made phone soft brick

So I was trying to download TWRP recovery and I did everything on my phone (Galaxy s5 Canadian Version) when I finished my phone booted into the soft brick Odin mode. the message on the screen reads.

I have tried flashing stock firmware only to receive this Odin Log
