Is disabling apps will save the battery which equal to deleting apps after rooting?

I am on Xperia Z3+ with Stock Marshmallow. Which of the following will save more battery:

1. Disable unnecessary apps with locked bootloader
2. Removing unnecessary apps with unlocking Bootloader and Rooting

Anybody explain me please
