sys. recovery of Sony Xperia c3 dual

My..Xperia c3 dual does not goes to system recovery nor bootloader.....when I used to open sys..recovery pressing the volume up and power button...first it vibrate than again vibrates...but not open the sys. Recovery...... And when I use rapid boot...but also it doesn't goes...it switch off..n again its boot......so please help me...
