Need some help to recover my r7plusf

I need to recover my original partition table. If anybody with a working r7plusf and twrp could please issue the following command in adb shell and then post a link or send me the resulting file I would be extremely greatful. Alternatively if anyone has a service rom for the r7plusf I would really appreciate a link
