Lumia 800 marketplace not accessible

Hi,

I purchased a Lumia 800 yesterday and I cannot download any app from the marketplace. It says "There is a problem with your live id. Try again or sign in with a different Windows Live id".Formatting the phone didnt make a difference. Neither did using a different id on format. Someone please help :(
