App to enable/disable account sync

Hi,

Is there any app to enable or disable account syncronization in specific times?
For example: I leave most options disable by default at settings-account-google, so when I arrive at work around 9am I go there chose google for example Google and enable Gmail sync, then in twitter enable it... And at night 6pm I go there again and disable it.
