M9 won't start, stuck at splash screen (unlocked, TWRP, SuperSu, S-ON)

Hi guys,

Normally, I can get around with the phones, to modify them, like I did with my M7.
Now, however, I have a problem. I unlocked the bootloader and rooted it, with the latest TWRP, and after that, SuperSu.
It's still S-ON, like mentioned in the topic title.

When I startup the phone, I see the splash screen, with the red text, mentioning about the devs and stuff.
The OS is 3.35.161.12, and I am downloading that right now.
Now, what am I doing wrong? Do I need a stock RUU to flash it back to stock with TWRP? I cannot get S-OFF with it right now, because it's in a bootloop.

Who can clarify some things for me, like a step-by-step manual?

Thanks in advance guys.
