probelms updating leagoo elite 5 through OTA

hi there. i have an leagoo elite 5 with uild number:LEAGOO_Elite5_OS1.1_R29_0226. i was informed by service@leagoo.com that a new version,0704 was avaible.however when i check updates through ota the phone doesnt find it. I v emailed several times regarding this issue, they only answer when they want and havent helped at all.I ve tried to use sp flash tools but didnt work and quite honestly i dont know how to use it very well.has anyone that git this device having the same problem??and can you guys explain me how to use sp flash ools.I have windows 10, 64x.thank u
