How to disable quick settings menu on Lock screen ?

Hello everybody , Since I've installed CM13 on my Nexus 6 , I couldn't disable the quick settings menu on lock screen . So anyone who doesn't know the PIN can easily switch on/off mobile data , WiFi , Location services ... etc
I've tried GravityBox quick settings option but it made a duplicate quick settings ... The CM one and the other Gravitybox one aside the first .
My device : Nexus 6
ROM : CyanogenMod 13 (Snapshot release)
I hope you guys help me with this .
