How can I receive OTA updates after rooting and flashing a recovery on my Desire 820

Recently I have rooted my phone and flashed TWRP recovery and I'm on 5.0.1 Lollipop
I want to undo my root and flash stock recovery, will I be able to receive OTA updates then?
