Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped ( mostly in Airplane mode )

As the title says, I get this Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped sometimes, but when I switch the phone to airplane modes it happens more frequently.

Anyone know what's the issue ?

( tried clearing cache,data, uninstalling didn't solve the issue )
