No EDL mode , no adb or Fastboot just ...

Hi Everybody , and thanks for reading

I got a xiaomi redmi 3 pro , and the situation is this one:
-No EDL
-no ADB
-no Fastboot
-On MIFlash i got hello packet error
-I just see Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 on device manager

Can u help me please? For me , the last 2 solutions are the testpoint and the flash cable . IF there are no other solutions , i would like to have the points for the testpoint .

I really need help xD .
