clock a.m. fix to have am and pm

if some one asks again that they want a.m. to be shown as am and pm the problem lies here under language and input inside every phone if you select united kingdom it will show a.m. so just change that to united states and it will be fine oh and another thing if you have ok google set up you wight have to redo this
