Storage error ( missing, both internal and external)

Hai ..... I recently rooted my Philips W3500 and did a custom install of Minimal OS 3.0 after that my internal storage location is inacessible by file explorers I tried mounting it with recovery mode but that does not change a thing when checking the settings
it shows an internal storage of 2.5GB. I searched the forums and I was unable to find a solution. Please help i know XDA is only where this can be solved.
