How to skip (or jump) 5 seconds forward in a vedio using head set volume up/down keys

I'm having a doubt that is it possible to skip (or jump) 5 seconds (or 10 seconds) forward and backward using head sets' volume up/ down keys while playing a video. Just like we do in VLC player (Alt+ Arrow keys) or KMP (Arrow keys) in PC. I have rooted samsung galaxy S4 I9505.
