Grand 2 roms in S3 Neo

Hello ,
Can we use grand 2 roms or mods in s3 neo stock 4.4.2 ?
They have bothe the same specs(Snapdragon 400,1.5Gb Ram,same gpu,same android version,same resolution)
Please answer me,,,,,,,,
