My wife's phone's display blacked out. (Appears to be a some what common issue).
But, kicker is, reboot does NOT bring the screen back, she will get the "Galaxy S7 Edge" on the screen and then screen blacks out.
I want to put the phone into restore mode and wipe out the cache. BUT the kicker is that I know how to reboot the phone "Volume down and power button), but I do not know how to shut down the phone.
Is there a way to shut down the phone WITHOUT using the on screen option?
Otherwise, the phone appear to be functioning since she gets sounds, rings, etc.
Thanks.
