Received replacement N7 via Fedex, protocol to return old N7?

I received my new N7 Thursday evening to replace my original N7. I have received no instructions to return the old N7, when I finally was able to get VZ to find a way to ship me a replacement N7 I asked about how they wanted me to return the old one. They didn't have an answer and didn't even seem to care if I did or not, the question was breezed over basically. So upon receiving my new N7 I expected some kind of instructions on returning the old one. But there is none - no return box, no return label, no return instructions. I am wondering if VZ is actually going to ask for the old phone back at all? One would think that they would contact me somehow about this. Anyone else experience this same thing? It seems very odd, I cannot think I am the only person this has happened to.

Factory Reset Protection (FRP) removal or bypass possible still?

My sister-in-law just got a new S7 from Verizon about a month ago. She setup the thumbprint and had some issues and apparently verizon were the ones who had set up her gmail account so she couldn't remember the password. Next thing you know, she's tried 15 times and her phone factory reset. Swell. But she still couldn't remember the password so she managed to actually reset it. Uh oh - now - if my reading is correct, there is a 72 hour lock on the phone since the password was reset.

So, I figured I try the method from rootjunky. Doesn't seem to work - although I checked in the recovery mode screen and it says she's on PG5. Should the rootjunky method work on this version?

Or is it possible to downgrade to an earlier version of 6.01 on this phone and then use the rootjunky method? Or is there something that will prevent me from flashing back to PE1 or so?

I know we could wait the 3 days out but she's visiting from out of town and not having her phone is killing her.

Any help/guidance/links are greatly appreciated.

init.d scripts not working in CM13

Hello. I have a Moto G 2014 (titan) with CM13 and I added a script to bind mount some folders. The thing is that the script is not being executed. I thought the problem would be something related with permissions but they are right. Also, I readed in a thread in CM forums that you had to add "start sysinit" into init.rc. I've done that with that file and even with init.cm.rc (unpacking and repacking boot.img). Still no results. If I execute sysinit manually the script works, so the problem is that sysinit is not being executed on boot. I don't know what to do, please help!

how to fix problem related to odin for flashing android?

i am trying to flash my mobile samsung galaxy s7562 with odin 3.12 . when connect mobile in download mode to pc with cble . it shows that my mobile is added . i tried AP and select the firmware that i had download and start. But it proceed till file analysis. i waited for about 40 minutes many times . but cant install that firmware
and firmware which i have download is official and is of my country and of my mobile's os

Low DPI issues in certain apps

Changed my OP3 DPI to 400 and certain apps acting weird, MX Player huge thumbnails, cant properly crop pictures for DP in Whatsapp and Instagram and so on. Changing to original 480 DPI solves all problem its huge for me, anything to do?:confused: I changed DPI using "OnePlus3-ToolKit-v2.6-By-@ahmed_radaideh"

Jio 4g sluggish download speed while speed test rates 31mbps

I am using mi4i with the official rom. Yesterday bought the reliance Jio 4g sim hoping to enjoy the high speed 4g that it providing as an introductory offer. But im very much disappointed cz my download speed it between 300-400kbps and reached a max peak of 2mbps for few seconds.. I tested network speed using ookla speedtest and it rated download speed of 31mbps and upload speed of 4mbps.. At that same moment direct download speed is sluggish. I tried apn method, snap vpn, choosing network manually, making it LTE ONLY (*#*#4636#*#*) but nothing seems to solve my problem. Please help me.
